Tuesday was much better than last week. The underlying problems are still there, but I had fewer calls. JH came back from a management meeting at 4:30 shaking his head, saying there was no plan to get us out of this mess. I think the lack of a plan is what got us where we are.
I'm still carrying some tension in my neck, but that's nothing new.
Did not feel like exercising, but made myself walk 1 mile just on principle. Slept well.
